But in the United States of America, that type of situation would be very difficult to thrive on any large scale. The country is far too conscious and far too policed and observed for violations of such a heinous nature.
Sure, Asian Massage Parlors dot the length and breadth of America like so many fast food restaurants and they are allowed to remain there for the sexual sanity of common Americans but the services are performed by at least legal-aged ladies and mostly by ladies well past their prime.
And Law Enforcement turns a blind eye unless and until complaints arise by angry tax-payers and then the vice squad moves in to save the day.
