Am i allowed to comment and post now if I posted a review? I read the rules but couldnt find a rule that says such

You just had one deleted because you asked a question if someone was still around. You need to add to the board first, before asking question. Once you post more that 10 good posts, you would be able to ask, but you can review now, and comment, as long as its a valuable comment.
