Verification- Unreasonable request

#1
I contacted a well reviewed established provider ( out West) pre verify and set up an appointment.
Her initial response requested a drivers license, work verification or LinkedIn profile.I explained I am certainly not comfortable providing a DL, nor work phone. No Link profile.. I offered to supply impeccable references from her hometown, my verified ID on another website, meet in advance in a public area, my cell phone number etc..Negative on everything- No exceptions.. Insisted on DL-
Of course I refused and moved on...

I don’t get it.. How much more comfortable could I make her offering up what I did? I do not see a rationale behind this..
Her loss

( This may have been discussed in another thread- If so, mea culpa in advance)

That’s the situation I had in Vegas, demanded way to personal information.

This is one of the downsides of the fall of agencies.
I just can not understand why an agency would expect a person to provide potentially career, financial and family wrecking info for that person to engage in illegal activities. I also do not understand why any person would go along with such a request or why the agency would think he would.

It just boggles my mind.

Perhaps someone here who does such could help me understand why either party thinks this is a good and reasonable idea worth the risk.

100% agree. I use an alias when I hobby and would never give my personal information to a provider.
Massage girl lifted my card numbers while her colleague was giving me a table shower a few years back, she got a new cellphone and a tank of gas before the banks cancelled the card.... Annoying but not the end of the world, lesson learned. What is the protocol for wallet and or I.D. cards when buck naked being led to table shower by a 110 pound Asian hoochie momma yanking you along by your member? I'm never comfortable enough in some neighborhoods to leave my wallet in the car, especially most of Queens. There was a place in Manhattan back in the day that loaned wet sacks to customers to store wallets in and you could just bring it to the shower room. I think I'm going to buy a small wet sack for my wallet so that sushi palace attendants don't lift my info, sneaky bitches some of them are!

Usually they just run your phone number through a data base service and if they aren't satisfied with the name it gives them and or can't verify who you are they won't dispatch service providers. Safety from wack-a-doodles and vice squad is precedent.

I'm assuming they are asking you to email your ID as opposed to show in person. You were not clear on that. If over email then I agree no way .

Under NO circumstances would I EVER give out my personal information to ANY provider. Whether they're high end or bottom feeder blow job skanks, I don't care how hot their ads look or what their reviews say on ANY board. We are playing with fire if we offer up that information, no matter what the providers reasoning is.

"Oh it's for my safety" I get it, so show me your personal info then. Why is that so unreasonable on the monger end if the provider wants all our personal info? You don't feel safe? Don't sell your pussy! Its a transaction like pulling through a drive through, does the person handing you a feedbag out a window ask you for your drivers license and where you work? No!

Any provider asking you for that kind of sensitive info is just trying to build a cache in the event she gets pinched. To save her ass and turn over ALL your info to lighten any charges against them. Imagine if one of these providers has all your personal info and she gets busted. Now she talks and the cops got all your info and they can look into your past. Its a trickle down affect, cops nab more than a few if they snatch up the right one.

If you're not picky about providers there are grab bag whores out there who don't care who you are so long as your money is green. If you like high quality women in the $800. and up per hour range and you want them delivered to your location they're going to do some screening for the girl's safety. They want to know who you are should you abuse the girl. Women are skittish creatures and the call girl life is dangerous as it gets. Super hot 25 year old call girls from East Europe aren't going to walk blindly into hotel rooms occupied by non entities so craven they can't reveal their identity. Even the ones hosting at the better hotels do some screening to weed out dead beats and miscreant types.

If you ever left your wallet in your pants for the table shower or used plastic to pay for service or made initial contact with your cell phone........they know who you are! They keep notes on mongers and they share information. The worst thing you have to worry about is credit card fraud and in the extreme case I.D. theft. This is the problem facing mongers since the dawn of time!

Reasonable verification is something I would expect from anyone who is hosting or coming to my hotel room. I respect the one who is concerned for her safety - It inevitably means she has some morals, scruples or whatever one wants to call it.
The escort who does not screen and will take a random appointment by cold call or e mail, without a referral or verifiable reference is someone who I would not see

I've pretty much done all price points at different times in my life and verification really only becomes necessary on the high end. There's a big difference between a Hempstead street walker in the car and an ass puckering masterpiece from Krakow or Prague at the Hyatt.

The irony of all this is that the very people they screen for so that they can avoid ( LE)
have the ultimate government issued fake id.
Undercover cops work with DMV to get new identity. There's no way for provider to know so what's the point of screening ?
The smart ones ask you to fondle them before they begin negotiating.....

If you ever left your wallet in your pants for the table shower!
I used to do a lot of business during the late 80's - early 90's that allowed swinging by Danbury w/o too much inconvenience. There were (and I still think still are) a couple of really good AMPs there that offered sauna, table shower, great massage and FS. One was Executive Spa and another Lily Spa. When you undressed in the room assigned to you where you left your clothes, they gave you a clean terry cloth robe and a clear zip locked wet sack to put in your watch, wallet etc., and asked you to take it with you when heading out to sauna and shower with it always being in your sight.
or used plastic to pay for service or !
Say what???
made initial contact with your cell phone........they know who you are! !

Well if you're mongering on a corporate credit card or a fraudulent one.... Obviously they don't get your name, but in legit transaction they get your name do they not?
