While I want to disagree with Pudgy, I am not a doctor, so I will never tell someone that it's a bad idea to get checked out.

I am not a doctor nor do I have a penis but what I do know about medical science is that bad things usually always have more then one symptom.
If you are also experiencing pain while having an ejaculation or urinating, pulling feeling, frequent urination, fatigue, swelling or blood in urine or semen along with a flaccid orgasm then I recommend to see a Urologist right away. I do hear the tests are invasive so if a flaccid organism is all that is wrong and you are on the mature side then I would not worry but all men should go for your routine prostate and colon exams when you reach a certain age.

I think hair on the top of the shaft or even stubble causes friction and irritation but there is only so much you can do about that.
