I am north of 55, but under 60. I find that at this age for me, my performance varies based on external factors.
Did I have a big meal?
How long has it been since I ate? Too close to a meal makes me sluggish.
How did I sleep the night before?
Did I do anything the day before, or even that morning in the shower? LOL
To guarantee I have a good time with a provider, requires some planning on my part. If everything lines up, I can do 2-3 pops in an hour. If not, I am only good for one.
