Possible Bust 6089 Sunrise Hwy Holbrook

#1
Last night driving home from work I spotted 4 cop cars in the parking lot of the Adult Shop on Sunrise Hwy in Holbrook. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a bust that may have gone down there? I know the adult shop has dancers who offer extras during dances and there are a few well known to this board massage girls who work upstairs. Just curious if anyone saw or heard anything on this ?

The parking lot at 4PM today was probably more packed with cars than I've ever seen it, so whatever happened, it didn't seem to hurt business. If I'm not mistaken, there's other businesses in that building (gold shop? used jewelry? aka..pawn your stolen shit here...) so maybe whatever it was involved them.

Pawn and Porn. The neighbors must be thrilled.
If i owned a used jewelry store I'd call it Pawnography.
That's a strange place though. It's been there since the days of black & white reel-to-reel porn, featuring fully bushed women and men with handlebar mustaches. Right on Sunrise Hgwy service road, so there's about as much privacy going in the door as you'd get peeing in Times Square (back door maybe? I don't know. I've never been). No residences anywhere near, though. The building itself is surrounded by woods (how quaint that must sound to you guys from Nassau and NYC), with shopping centers a little further away. It'll be gone soon though. I think Islip has rezoned that entire parcel to build one of those mini-mega-cities like they're looking at for Brentwood.

Let me answer that by not answering that.
This would be a quasi round about way of giving an exact address which unless is in the ad is frowned upon.

The rule against exact addresses pertains to private residences, not businesses. Obviously, if someone is working out of their home, we wouldn't want to bring unneeded attention to them there. But there's never been a rule against full business addresses, whether they include it in any advertising they may do or not. In fact, in my very first post way back when (which was about Jessica's new place after they closed down on Lincoln Ave) I didn't have the full address, and I got quite a new asshole ripped into me for not providing it. (The recent dust-up over Sunrise Hgwy West Babylon is one-off exception, based in part on the fact that the girls actually do live there, hence, it qualifies as a residence). And this place is not a strip club. It's an adult video store with a few rooms upstairs.

As per Slinky: "The general rule on posting of locations here is that if a place accepts walk-in traffic then you post the exact location / address and if they don't there is no point since you have to call for an appointment anyway."

I knew it was there somewhere... kind of like the way the name of the hotel/motel is frowned upon
I was not trying to stir it up at all and apologized to the mods and members if I did

I buy toys here often. A little on the expensive side by the discreet location more than makes up for that. It was open as of 8/1/17 AM
If you look down a little it was stated they were not busted but was a false alarm (fire or burglar) from the closed (soon to reopen as a coin place by the sign)

If this place fits your definition of discreet, I'd hate to see what you consider conspicuous. (For those unaware, the place is practically in the center lane of sunrise highway. You have to weave between the racks of toys and DVD's just to drive to work in the morning).

There are 2 places on the ground floor of this location as well as others upstairs. I drive to work and pass by here around 4:30am each morning and see the open sign lit up at one of the places but figured it was just left on. Much to my surprise saw someone actually walk in yesterday morning at 4:30 in the morning.
