Thank you, h50. As a kid I attended a catholic grammar school for a number of years. Many moons ago there were no computers nor quick text language. The nuns gave you a sharp pencil and a sheet of yellow school paper and if you wrote well, you were awarded with a colorful "star" with a sticky back that was proudly displayed atop your composition.

That worked for couple of years then CVS stopped honoring the price. Went online and I found Stop & Shop would do the 90-20mg for $32 and moved my scrip there .

I'm not suggesting you try what I report. Just FYI.
I've tried each of the following full doses individually: 100 mg Viagra / sildenafil, 20 mg Cialis / tadalafil, 20 mg Levitra / vardenafil and 200 mg Stendra / no generic. I've tried combinations up to one-half of each of the four above - which is like a double dose of any single med. These meds are all called PDE5 Inhibitors and pretty much work the same way. But the latter three meds have less 'Viagra burn' i.e. the 'sunburn' from Viagra.
I've done each individual med or combo at least 5 times with a partner, as 5 tries is recommended to get a baseline. Many variables influence male response and it's difficult to tease out what, if anything, works better absent a lot of tries. If I had to choose two meds to single- or double-dose I'd use 20 mg Cialis / tadalafil & 20 mg Levitra / vardenafil. While my ED improved on PDE5Is, I was not satisfied.
Finally I discovered what helped me the most. I stopped two meds I've taken for 20 years to treat BPH (a very big prostate). Over time, tamsulosin interfered with erection and finasteride became the off switch for ejaculation. BTW 5 mg Cialis / tadalafil is approved to reduce BPH symptoms so I take that daily in place of tamsulosin & finasteride.
What is my latest experiment? Muse - a urethral suppository. There is absolutely no discomfort using the applicator to dispense the tiny pellet into the bad boy. Result? After 10 minutes I have three hours of hard fun - just like I was young. No matter what, I stop having fun at 3 hours to make sure I deflate well before 4 hours - when I'd have to go to the Emergency Room for Priapism. (Did you see my screen name?) I still take the PDE5 Inhibitor blends with the Muse.
I've told my urologist what I have done. He said: 1. I was mega-dosing on PDE5Is and increasing risk of side-effects. 2. Don't expect combos to help because they all work by the same PDE5I chemistry. 3. Mixed PDE5I use is off-label, i.e. not backed up by any science, hence not recommended. And yes, he was quietly pissed. I told him I took my blood pressure and it never dropped dangerously low. That would be the most likely way I would hurt myself. Still, he's only writing Rx for Muse and Cialis since my disclosure.

Couple of comments:
100mg of sildenafil is a dose I never heard anyone taking. For example I take 2-20mg (40mg total at one time) and I can chip concrete with my dick and have very little side effects other than a stuffy nose if I am lying face down during a massage (not a problem anymore as I take a squirt of generic afrin prophylactically when I take the pills). Never had what you refer to 'Viagra burn' unless you are referring to friction burn of genius jr due to 3 solid hours of solid f**king ( joking).
finasteride is a real problem drug as far as side effects regarding sex. Some of the effects are loss of libido, impotence, gynecomastia(a.k.a. man boobs) and the big kahuna of side effects — genital shrinkage ( loss of tissue in the penis, testes, or both — SAY WHAT! was what I said to my MD when he said that). I was on it to determine if my elevated PSA was due to cancer or enlarged prostate — if the PSA drops dramatically after taking 5mg daily of finasteride (mine went from 4.6 to 0.8) then probably not cancer. Now I'm on 2.5 mg every other day and PSA is still 0.8. FWIW, I've noticed significant shrinkage of flaccid genius jr but no change in erect size.
Note that another side effect is hair growth, which is why the stuff is used for men with hair loss (good news/bad news irony: good news is reversing baldness so a woman you just met can run her fingers thru your new hair, playfully indicating she is interested in sex — bad news is due to lack of libido is you don't care)

About 25 years ago they discovered finasteride had some effect on baldness. The therory was that testosterone shrunk the hair folicals and caused the hair to fall out. Finasteride surpressed testosterone.
Anyway I was just starting to go bald then and thought Propicia which had finasteride as the active ingredients would save me. I figured I was viril enough to withstand the side effects (at the time I could still cum three times in an hour). I talked my doctor into prescribing it for me.
He did so reluctantly since it had just come on the market.
Bottom line he pulled me off it after a month citing increased liver enzyme level so I wasn't on long enough to see if it reversed the baldness( they said it would take three months to notice new hair growth) but I did experience what Genius is talking about.
My dick looked smaller and thinner in resting state and I wasn't getting horny as often.

I've been on testosterone supplementation about a decade. It was a remarkable pepper-upper when I started; but age alas, is aging. T still gives me energy and I believe it remains a major libido enabler. T also has side effects - including reduced testicle size. I find this a feature not a bug. Why? Several times over the last 6 years I really whacked the jewels during 'vigorous activity'. I've had groin pain syndrome for months at a time - definitely a fun inhibitor - and was told by my urologist 'you are lucky'. So - there's nothing I like better than a tight nut sack, even with two bullseyes smaller than they used to be.
