Make sure the phone is in xxx-xxx-xxxx format in the title. This single rule is the one transgressed most often.
Thus, 123-456-7890, not (123) 456-7890, etc
Too bad that the first "review" you hope to be posting is a "lousy" experience. But sharing frankly, both the good and the bad, is what makes this board stand out.

Thank you for your welcome !! I have viewed UG many times and have used feedback to make decisions before . I figured it would be a good time to contribute to help any other members and readers make solid choices .. I do want to thank all of you who's reviews have helped in the past and I hope my reviews will do the same for you .
