I have always used my Palm PIM device to keep the contact information pertaining to my hobby, such as contact info and personal reviews. I keep them under the memo section. With the Palm OS it is possible to make an entery "personal" thus password protecting the entry. This system has works very well for me, for over 10 years. My company is now forcing us to use change over to BB PIMs that work under MS CE and require the use of Outlook. As far as I see the Notes section does not have a way to password an entry.
Any ideas? Any 3rd party software you guys can recommend? Anyone knows if password protection has been added in Outlook 2007?
