Has anyone been suffering more tgen usual from allergies ( hay fever)?

Been a miserable few weeks for me.. Last rub session, I started sneezing repetitively right before she was about to go for the HE .. Pretty comical when o think about it..
The OTC medicines don’t seem to be doing the trick

If you are so inclined, and in the red light zone of Flushing, taking care of business, visit Manny at Herbalife.

Very sweet, intelligent, compassionate, knowledgeable youngish Asian lady. She is not a doctor, but she has an herbalist working in her shop, mostly for her older customers that boil herb soup. But, you don’t want to be bothered with that complication.

Her English is better than mine, and she once gave me a patent herbal pill for allergies that was nothing short of amazing.

I will provide a link. Sometimes others man the store with not much knowledge to convey in the English language, so you might waste your time.

But, Manny is very helpful. A very kind soul.

@mugi what foods do you feel ‘nourish erections’?
Nutrient dense foods that are high in B vitamins, specific proteins and minerals, especially vitamin E, zinc, dopamine arginine, citrulline, magnesium.

Also, foods that are well-cooked and easily assimilated by the body, such as gruels and porridges made from whole grains, especially brown rice, oats, buckwheat, beans, especially peas, all white beans, black beans, pinto, and the highly prized fava beans. (a healthy serving of fava beans contains more dopamine than a common prescription dose of dopamine)

Make sure your porridges are well-spiced, some salt and very well cooked. Pistachio nuts are strong and packed with libido nutrients. Boiled good quality eggs, especially quail which can be found in Asian grocery stores. Chicken and duck eggs are also great.

Good quality whole grain sour dough breads. Pumpkin and sunflower seeds, root vegetables like carrots, parsnips, burdock, turnips, celery root and celery itself, squashes in the pumpkin, acorn and butternut variety.

Spices like the medley that can be purchased especially at this time of year known as “pumpkin pie spice” containing: cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger. Those are nice warming spices that help digest food, eliminate gas, and warm the kidney energy. Can be used as a seasoning wherever.

Pomegranate juice is good in moderation.

Shellfish, especially oysters and clams, lobster meat, and especially the red egg roe inside the lobster. Anchovies are powerful, as well as other fishes and especially fish eggs, caviar, salmon roe.

Some meats, especially stewed, lamb, and stewing breaks down the nutrients so they are bioavailable. Wild greens like dandelions and arugula. Greens and beans cooked together are potent.

Without food and water, we perish. Food is broken down by good digestion by the body and becomes our flesh, bone, hair, blood and semen. Our semen tastes like the food we eat.

It is a long, long list of foods. So, to put it into perspective, our powerful ancient ancestors, of whom we are the present day incumbents made grains seeds and beans their principal foods and their side dishes were derived from animals and plants.

Keep in mind mugi is not an expert on anything and these are his opinions. He is the furthest thing from a medical expert .

It’s easier to just say stay away from all fast food. Less processed foods. Excess sugar and salt. Lots of water no soda.
