Legit massages

Very interesting. As part of the learning process, the students utilize their skills on the public.
I had a shitload of questions, but instead looked it up.

Not only Asian massage, but European massage, acupuncture, herbal medicine, etc. "Please check under Treatment Options for detailed information about the various services that are available, and call 516 364-0808 x 113 to schedule an appointment in Syosset."
I don't live close, but I will try to check this place out. Thanks a lot Beadman.

if you do go again just tell the guy" shut up already!" case solved. most Chinese places have the curtains & the walls that don't reach the ceiling for some crazy reason. maybe local laws? who know but i used to go when no ones there so.....well not at this particular place but in jersey.

Needed a legit massage, so I went back to my standby on 107 in N. Massapequa. The last time I went, I had a problem with the bitch at the counter. I like the 1/2 for 20 that they've had for awhile. The woman's telling me it's 28. I tell her it's on BP. She starts playing stupid (on second thought, she wasn't playing). She was also pissing me off. I had the five dollar card that was given to me the last time. She wouldn't accept it. I left.
Today I came back, and thankfully that dolt wasn't there. But I noticed on BP they no longer run the 1/2 hour special. But for $38, you can get an hour. So I went for the hour. I wound up getting the same girl I had before. I had called her "Asian Frog Face." That was unnecessarily cruel. Yeah, she's not pretty, but she can massage like a muthafucka. She's about 30, and spoke pretty good english. Told her medium. and she worked me for the full hour. Walk on back, hot stones, the only thing I'm not crazy about was the lotion that even stinks after clean-up (I shower when I get home). After the flip (towel over the midsection), she massaged my scalp and used what smelled like witch hazel to massage my shoulders to midsection. She finished shortly after the buzzer. I got dressed and after the obligatory cup of water, tipped 20 and left. It was money well spent. I will return.

With cash in short supply I'm down to 1-2 massages/month, legit only. My preferred place is now 505 Hickville Rd., just south of 1236, another legit place I used to frequent. Last few times I was at 1236, the place was smelling funky.
Nice people at 505, very good therapeutic massage for $40/hour.

Didn't realize this was in the NY/NJ/CT section so should have specified that the place I'm referring to below is in Massapequa in Nassau County, Long Island.

No harm done - however I have a suspicion that there aren't any Hicksville's outside of LI (although there is a Farmingdale and a Levittown in NJ/PA area by Philly.

Not a chance on Extra's in this place. I strike out twice already and will not make it 3.
I remember guy to this place a year or two ago and I know exactly who paperpusher is talking about. Woman refused to walk in thinking I didn't have my briefs on (which I didn't at first but I made it seem like it was on and was like da fuck bitch?) However, I went outside to smoke a cigarette and the guy paperpusher was talking about talked to me and asked if it was my first time at the place. Don't understand the line of questioning but it made me think there was something more to the place if I came in the future.. probably not tho.

Seems like this thread needs a bump.

Been spending a fair amount of time on 162nd Street. Last year was the last time I tried Green Tara Spa, which was nice and clean and serene and the massage was decent but if they thought you might be interested in a HE, they'd do the "you do" routine and the best you get is some nipple twiddling while you stroke your sausage. So I'm calling it "sort of legit", but if I'm going for a legit massage then don't even fucking offer to watch, eh? I can go home and jerk off watching gonzo Asian porn instead of a so-so looking gal in too much clothing, and not have to tip extra. Which brings me to the place to the left of Green Tara...

Up the stairs on the left, is called Joy Spa. 718-216-9709. I believe they are also connected to Grace Spa, just across the street there. The place is open 24x7 which makes it a real find. Probably the only legit 24x7 place in existence. ;-) Although that brings a problem or two with it, which I will get to in a moment. This place offers decent looking women, many in uniforms, who know how to deliver a proper massage. Rooms are just OK, tables are decent, everything is clean. Sometimes the boss is yapping back and forth (in Chinese of course) to the other women as they're working. Just tell them to quiet down if it gets annoying. They're also big on up-selling more time so be clear up front about how long you want to stay and what ground you need them to cover so they don't waste time with redundant work. Average rates (40/hr+tip), the usual cup of water and a candy dish on the way out. They give out cards for ten visits get one free. Every now and then if you're not a pig one of the girls might be a little frisky and give you a brush or two while working on your legs, but don't get your hopes up.

So the minor annoyance with Joy Spa is the stream of mongers walking in, ASSuming it's a HE-house because it's 24x7, not heeding the boss's immediate warning "massage only", maybe trying forms of the Genius method (like grabbing the boss' ass through her five layers of tights or one of the other girls through the uniform) which results in a shriek, yelling, cursing in Chinese, and a few minutes of angry (or maybe it all sounds angry in Chinese - LOL) jabbering about the asshole monger. Or there are the no-balls motherfuckers instead of saying "ok sorry thanks anyway" when they find out they're not gonna get their cranks yanked, say something like "ok, I have to go to the ATM". Really guys, fucking grow a pair, will ya'. At night the place also seems to get a stream of drunk Koreans who end up snoring in the next cubicle, or drunk Hispanics (who the girls refer to as "Amigos", which I thought was both cute and subtle, hahaha) who also tend to have high (and futile) hopes. But if you want a righteous massage at weird hours of the night with no pressure to pay extra for a handy, this is the place to go.

Meanwhile another late night option that I used to go to for mostly legit late night work, Samli Spa, is now officially a house of fun. At least at night, anyway. HE definitely available. Maybe, maybe, more. But remember as nice as the place is, it only has curtains in the doorways. I'm not sure about options during daylight hours. They still have all the foot spa stuff where you walk in and I've been told they do still give mani/pedis during the day. I think it could be kind of cool to show up for a mani/pedi and finish with a massage and a BJ. Might need to inquire one day. Only thing missing would be a beer 'n a sammich, and the ball game on TV while enjoying the afterglow. ;-) But yeah, I think it's safe to scratch that one off the legit list.

Sunny Light 718-939-1133
136-21 41th ave, 3F, Flushing
Card says Open 24hr and then the hours are shown as: 9am-4am / 4am-8am (which according to my arithmetic is 23hrs -but I digress)

I don't know where they got 41th Ave - that's what on business card. S.B. 41st Ave. Maybe because they have another place at 135-31 40th Rd 2nd floor. But I digress again.

Hallway leading to the elevator is a dump but the place itself is totally spotless. Elevator drops you right off at the place (no doorway) and there is a counter with a Chinese guy sitting at it. 1 hr is $25. Two woman were sitting on couch with blanket around them - guess the air cond was too much for them (fine for me). Rooms are small, with rails on the ceiling (so they can walk on your back) have sliding doors with semi translucent panels.
Had Jenny, virtually no English, nice enough looking lady, maybe mid 30's, short.
Massage was worth the $25 - a word of caution - I usually ask for strong in these places as their idea of strong is what I consider medium. DO NOT ask for strong unless you really want a very strong massage and back walk. I asked her to tone it down a bit. Got the full hour with all the work with me lying prone. Very little oil used and hot towel cleanup. No "accidental" brushes (not even close). I gave her a $15 tip that she was literally thrilled with and she made sure to write her cell # and her name on the business card.

This place appears to be totally legit (at least with Jenny anyway) although the card says they have a VIP Room Body work 1 hr / 35. I don't know what that means as I didn't see the card until I was leaving.

My first review. This place is legit. I went here four/five times already and they do not offer anything else but a legit massage. You will find younger providers here about late 20's to late 30's. The rate is $35/hr plus 30 min foot massage. When I went here the first time it was clean but over the years it is getting dirtier and dirtier. But for the rate I can't complain too much. Your basic AMP set up, about 4 rooms, curtains for the doors and walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling. They do have a private room with glass doors but has two beds with a curtain divider in the middle of the room. There is a girl name Vera, in her late 20's, she gives great therapeutic massage about 8/10. If you are just looking to get your knots loose this is the place. If you don't ask they will not offer the foot massage. Good place to go after a work out.

$30 for hour - you get full hour. Card says free parking.

Had Mei (pronounced may), very nice lady, maybe late 40. Rooms are very small with solid walls that don't go up to ceiling and wood louvered doors. Clean rooms, fresh towels on table. Very noisy place with people talking, toilet flushing, buckets of water dumped all right outside the room - kinda interferes with mood. Mostly a lot of rubbing with hardly any pressure point work. Hot stones if you want. She tried her best but massage was mediocre for a legit place.

saw attractive younger woman (gave me big smile) on way out. Had a guy there doing foot massage on customer.

I won't return.

I have been to this place both in the past and this year Jan-Feb when they use to advertise a $20 daytime rate, before 3pm.
it has a steam room in the back, basically one of those steam shower type booths and place was loud from 4th floor "school or club" place.
I usually park in the lot across the street and if you shop in the store in back of lot you get 1 hour free.
as for massage i like hard but last hard i had there i left bruised and like you said medium a better choice.
I did have a older lady who gave me her cell number on card who gave a great massage and brushed me
to Full attention,,which was not my gameplan for a $20 hr place...she got me to take the extra 30 mins and i figured
i d get a handy...Now at this visit they had 2 guys working doing foot massage and even a kid roaming the hallways..
But when the beast is woken who can argue need.
so she continue with my massage and "nothing"
i even do the pull the hand over my junk and she tells me next time when its quiet..
I tip her 20-25 and still was happy and did she a smoking long legged hottie on my next visit..
she could have been in one of the KILL Bill sequels,,left me sore after massage but i did see a more private room nr front desk area
with full door and she went in with a older Asain dude... maybe VIP ??

I park in the Sky Park (Target/BestBuy) where 1st 3 hours free (no purchase needed). Just a couple block walk and sometimes I don't make it to the legit places if I see on the way an interesting "want massage-ee" girl soliciting along 40th rd. I do all my price negotiating in the stairwell and most of the time get a "80 for everything" rate.

I usually enter/exit via the 40th rd entrance - this brings you in at lowest level (Roosevelt is 1 level up). Never had any significant delays getting in or out that way but YMMV based on time of day and day of week I guess.
