How often would you get laid if you didn't see a provider?

Fwiiw, I suspect that there is some, possibly quite strong, self-reporting bias, and I don't think that we (or, at least, I) can even figure out the direction of the skew. So, I believe that the poll doesn't tell us how often "PMB denizens" have, or would have or perceive that they have/would have sex absent providers in any general sense. It only tells us about the individuals who actually respond, but who knows how representative they are.
(Of course, the same can be said about a large fraction of UG polls, so I don't know why we are picking on this particular one.)

Oh, you mean that bias. Yeah, I'm making the assumption that poll responders are disproportionately represented in all UG posts. To the degree that the 'attitude' of UG is represented by posters (as opposed to lurkers), this assumption allows for polls to be representative.
The bias I was referring to was that a person might think that he'd get laid daily but in actuality it's far less often (and vice versa).
To me the pol answers the question: How often do UG poll responders think they'd get laid if they weren't seeing prostitutes. Personally I find that question fairly interesting.

In my opinion, the pattern of behavior is what governs here.
This may not be true for everyone. Obviously WE think differently. Dishonesty isn't part of my equation. Maybe there's an age differencial between us but, personally speaking, if I want to have sex with a woman, that is what is going to happen. How often I put myself in the position isn't going to change, for too long, whether it's casual, for pay or a committed relationship. There are other factors like, I go out alot and I don't discriminate (as for as ethnicity is concerned). That means I have a big pool to choose from in this city(NewYork) & I am going to be proactive.

We're picking on this poll because we'd really like to know the straight answer and sense that the truth is hard to come by here.
Before this poll, I would have guessed the skew would have been towards overreporting of sex frequency. That just about can't be the truth here; if it is, **nobody's** getting any. I was surprised how many people reported low numbers.

If you can go find sex whenever you want... more power to you. But I think for most people the answer to the question, "how often will you have sex?" is not, "whenever I want to," and so it's a little difficult to really answer.

I don't get fixated. Wait a minute ..are we all AMERICANS here? I said there is a lot to choose from, I am not talking about one WOMAN I am talking about a woman from each of the categories--READ MY POST--

I agree that it answers that question...at least for respondents to this poll...or maybe it answers the question of how often respondents to this poll say they'd get laid if they weren't seeing prostitutes in posts on UG.
It reminds me of the joke about the engineer, the physicist and the mathematician who see a black sheep on a train ride through Scotland.

Getting Laid
Well the good thing about me is i get it whenever i choose too!Wanna why and how? Well lets just say the old lady is an provider....So there for i get it from her. All the time...like i said whenever. Also she has friends that are providers too, She lets me have whoever ..whenever! She even joins me every now and then...Or she watches!

its very difficult for a man like me to accept the fact that age has decreased the amount of sex both me and my wife desire.
When we first got married, it was every fucking night.
Even with young kids, we didnt miss a night.
Over the years, as we both slowed down a notch, its been alot less.
Nowadays, age has dictated our sexlife.
Menopause and dryness makes it umcomfortable for the SO. and shes been going to the MD, yada, yada.....and old age and weight have slowed me down alot.
Im happy to get laid 2 times a week now. Once a week is usual since I see an ATF at least once a week, and if the wife cant supply the other pop, I usually give an agency girl a call to sate myself.
Its hard to admit, that someone as sexually active as myself for so many years, has now had to succumb to my own faults and aging. (bad back, torn apart knee, and ofcourse, weight gain, has all taken its toll on my sex life)I hate telling it like it is, but its a fact that alot of guys hitting middleage have to face.
