How do I ask a provider for providers references?

Very new - went to my first AMP yesterday in New York. It was NYAF.

I’m looking to go to LER, but they requested a provider reference.

Do I ask the MMS for that or the actual provider that I was with?

Do I give LER their phone number and agency name?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, you should ask the MMS for the reference. She's the one with the phone. She's the one who keeps track of the appointments. Give them the agency name and phone number.

That said, it's up to each Agency whether they choose to provide references or not. But yeah, the person to ask is the MMS.
