Wow that's an old video. The reason you know it's fake is that the two girls in it were fairly active "porn stars" back then.

One of the reasons you don't see hermaphrodite hookers is that it's been fairly common practice to surgically alter infants who are hermaphrodites to be one sex. It's also been known to create some fairly traumatic psychological problems later in life for them when they find out about it.

I have always thought that video was very well done. Two big clues, though:

1) Both of their penises stay exactly the same hardness thoughout the scene. Both of them, and exactly the same. Have you ever seen that anywhere else?

2) No testicles. Where does the semen come from (and yes, they could be undescended testicles, but there's not scrotum even. Yes, there are some with internal testes, but..... )

There was actually a tv show on pbs a few years back about a couple wose kid was born one. apparently 1 in 200,000 is born a hermaphrodite but in the US they are operated on and changed fairly quickly. Also i remember on howard stern .. robin had taken a trip to india and mentioned seeing hermaprodites somehow before she got out of the country in a hurry cause she said it smelled horrible (shocking) and was filthy

Hermaphrodites (also called intersexed) are routinely operated on by doctors who basically lie to the parents telling them they "need" to make a decision. The PBS documentary was based on the book As Nature Made Him, which tells the story of a boy who was born with both male and female external genitalia. His parents were told by the doctors that he'd be better off as a girl, and they agreed to have him operated on to remove his male genitals. He was also given estrogen starting in his preteens.

He's now living as a man, and has had his breasts removed and his penis reconstructed.

Interesting book and a sad story. It happens all too often. The medical profession is pretty reprehensible.

Still hard to tell if real (if not, some great plastique costume work, both vag and penis in same frame, I don't have SW to freeze and zoom), seemed to be German, and made me wonder whether the male or female orgasm would be better/more intense/multiple for a Herm (if they exist). Made me think back to an old Penthouse letter (actually 2 letters).

I think the first was "My Penis", where a girl woke up one day with a penis, masturbated and was amazed at the intensity of the male orgasm, and I believe showed a girlfriend and fucked and impregnated her.

The second would have been "My Vagina", same story in reverse, and in a stupid male mooning event the guy with a vagina was exposed to the entire crew in the car, who proceeded to fuck him. I think he also had his "first period" in the HS pool, and blamed it on a hemorrhoid or something.
