Been going for years from the 5th Ave location to the new place so I know what I should be able expect. Tried to visit Wednesday 26th. Person answering the phone had severe difficulties using the phone. Where's Angela!! or even Apple???

Stopped by because I thought at the end of the call she said to come in. When I got there I was met by a totally brain damaged older woman who just kept smiling and nodding..... Need to hear Angela is back before returning!!
