I have no idea what she looks like since I've never seen her. I've read some reviews, and I gotta be honest, I don't remember seeing anything else about her services after I saw that she speaks Greek. If you're significantly built, you could get DThroat from the inside, if you catch my anatomical humor.
One reviewer did comment that clearing her security check should qualify you for CIA work.
