Flushing, Bayside and Jackson Heights

Not sure what the problem was, but it's nice to have this site back.

Anyway - seems there was some significant police activity yesterday (Thursday 5/29) around 40th Rd. Apparently a few ladies got picked up. This had significant ripple effects.
Had plans to meet a provider on Roosey by Junction Blvd last night and she texted to cancel because of the arrests. Decided to go out anyway and man was it dead. Walked all the way from Junction to 78th St and only one group of Chinese girls around 82nd St. Funny thing was that the cops weren't around at all, but the girls were scared enough to stay home.
Of course about 1:30am I get a text from the original provider telling me that she was starting work at 2am. Try to make up for lost time I guess.

I realized the biggest brothel on 40th road got busted. Signs on the door and it was chain up and locked like mad by the police department. If your familiar with the strip you will know its the close to side subway alley and the AMP is down stairs. The shady setup with curtains.
When I passed by the other afternoon I only saw 3 girls out.

I think you mean the LIRR alley.
Anyway, some really low end girls worked there, most offered BBFSCIP (and would grab your arm, tell you so right out on the street if you glanced at them and started to walk away.) and Rimming. I think Anna worked there (pleated skirt girl.

The place had been busted before complete with chains.

I suspect it was by request of the landlord because they stopped paying rent and their stuff was all out on the sidewalk in garbage bags. I'm pretty sure I posted about this a while back (2 years ago?).

40th rd 's life is short lived IMHO, as to crowded now with the added girls from JH.

The question is where will they migrate to?
I was there today.
The chain on the door doesn't look like LE. It looks like landlord. This happened before when the rent wasn't paid,
I didn't see any LE stickers on the door.

All the girls were out at 10am today.

What the girls have to do is stay away from the entrances of the restaurants - it pisses off the owners and the customers.

I thin, without any proof, that the JH situation was very different than 40th rd. The girls on 40th are Asian, conservatively dressed, and local people aren't walking down 40th with babies in strollers.
JH situation was ridiculous, IMHO, and simply too much in your face of the locals

I have a photo of it. The right side of the door has several massive orange and yellow NYPD stickers. They are mostly ripped off but you can still read and see them.
So sounds like LE was there. Actually it's difficult to legally evict someone for not paying rent. Not saying this is what happened this time, but last time (couple of years ago I think) when I walked by girls were going thru garbage bags placed on the sidewalk looking for their stuff (clothing, toiletries, personal items). and the door was chained just like this time. When I asked one of the girls what happened she said guy who rented the place, and who they were paying their rent to, i.e., sublet for their cubicle, didn't pay the rent for the whole place to the landlord.

For all we know, landlord then removed the LE stickers but left the chain on until he could get more reliable tenants.

40th Rd is full of these places and LE didn't bother them.

This was the spot one of them got their throats slit at couple months back and they continued biz as usual. So who knows what went down via investigation and court order after.

the other side of the street has the cleaner and better spots upstairs IMO

I think the girl that had her throat cut was a few streets over?
Yes the other side is much cleaner with actual rooms with walls and doors. I always ask if BBFS is avail (not to get it but just to see what type of girl I'm dealing with) and the girls on that side of the street all covered and either say the equivalent of "If you want that go to other side of street - not here" or point in that direction

Was there again today. Yes indeed there are LE stickers on the door, but they are very old and almost completely obliterated. I could see a date on one or them, the year was legible, but the month and day were, was March and day I think was 24th.

This looks more like an eviction than a raid.

Cops swarmed 40th rd this morning around 1am and arrested either a monger or girl. This happened directly across the street from the previous mentioned bldg with the chains on the door. A girl and a monger were about to enter the bldg when cops coming from both sides of 40th rd swarmed them. Didn’t stick around to see which one or if both were arrested

No it was the exact spot (see the photo and article below) also the photo I took the other day has 4 place eviction/raid noticed and this photo in the news article from December has 2.

The raid @Lebyteme2 speaks of early this morning at 1am is an odd raid time, must be really doing a deep investigation to be conducting at such hours.

Ok, we are homing in on the chain.

Note in you Dec 8, 2024 where the woman was stabbed in the neck that there is a yellow and a pink sticker on the door. The pick stick is torn up a lot and I saw a date on it this am that said March 24 and the year part was scraped off and illegible. So it had to be at best the previous March 2024 and maybe even earlier. The yellow sticker today was totally illegible this am.

Therefore the chain was probably put on by the landlord and not LE as they wold have put a new sticker on the door.

I know for a fact a chain was put on the door a few years back and the girls said it was put on by the landlord and all their crap was bagged and brought out to the sidewalk.

As far as the stabbing the one I said was a few blocks away was: Sep 3, 2024 — Authorities say a man walked into the spa located at 41-39 Kissena Blvd. just after 5:30 p.m. and stabbed a 26-year-old woman multiple times.

And there was one you pointed out at this chained place on Dec 8.

As the say at sports events: get your program here, you can't tell the players without your program

That spot at 82nd and Roosie got raided twice in 24 hours. How?
well they got shut down and decided to reopen the next day with new girls.
There is an instagram reel of it and the dude asks a regular NYPD cop about it and he said normal LEO cant raid or do anything they have to call vice and wait for them.
