Finding broke girls in a recession?

I am letting the rent slide talked to her last night she has never been late in fact she has paid early and sometimes a month ahead no sense in losing a good tenant I even offered if she needs anything else to get buy to let me know. I also let my other tenants know that if they need to hold back let me know and if they need anything else also till this over.

I think he was referring to the hassle and pragmatics of things. Landlords (and other business owners) already don't get all their payments and this will obviously add to that no matter what the law says.

With the new contract to make ventilator parts I needed a woman for the office so I hired my out of work (dancer) tenant to help out.Since she was unable to collect unemployment benefits...If she works out she may have found a new career....
