Got back last week from Sosua If you've got an old, but working cell phone in the closet, Trade it !!!!
Everyone uses pre paid cards down there, and the the Wireless cell provider will hook up most any phone
Soooooo barter your old cell w/ charger with or without manual and barter away! sex, food ,massages
remember to bring the charger, manual not needed if you dont have it.

Orange is where I did it. Takes 10-15 minutes.

I rented a cell phone taody from Orange. US $2 per day at 6 pesos per minute for local AND long distance.
