Dog in cartoon?

Anyone here know the name of the little dog in the Bugs bummy cartoon that would always run up to Spike, the big bull dog, and was always going, "c'mon Spike, what do you want to do Spike?"

He was trying to be Spikes friend.

Chester's voice was by Stan Freberg. Mel Blanc did Spike.

The old lady was just known as Granny.
