Wow.... When and where does it stop? Rental prices in Manhattan are down significantly, but back to a level which was only moderately affordable years ago..

They even call parts of bushwick....East williamsburg. Cause the crunchy, granola eating hipster urban pioneers feel better about themselves saying they live in east williamsburg rather than bushwick.
