Best source of ads for new Amps/mp opening.

Where is the best place to look for new amps opening up? The SL and other news papers seem to have the same old ads. CL doesn't have anything on it. MP dot com doesn't have anything new. How do I find an UTR massage place? There has to be some new amps out there CNJ, NNJ that are just opening.
