which market offers the best opportunity for vermeer to buy foreclosed homes and rent them out to the underclass? (im thinking single family homes for under $75k)

Vegas?
Florida? which city? tampa?

my main criteria is maximum cashflow and proximity to quality, low priced hooring.
i don't care about appreciation for 3-5 years.

also, i don't want section 8, negro properties. only white trash, and spics for vermeer.

Check the Orlando area... it's the white trash capital of the world and land is so cheap there even a hack actor like Travolta can an airport in his own backyard.

can i get my anus licked as part of the rent package? is this a common practice? i mean, i want to get paid the rent, but a little bonus is nice too.
