Yes the Hard Rock opened in the old Taj Mahal building in late June. They matched my Trop card and I have a comp room booked for August.
It's the busiest casino on the strip right now. The tables were packed even during the week. I was also there on a Saturday night a few weeks ago and it was packed.

Further recon, I saw a young Irish looking hooker on the corner of Pacific and Iowa around 8:00. That's about a block from the Tropicana Quarter entrance. But I noticed her black pimp sitting on a stool two houses away.
Also, walking back to the Tropicana from the Hard Rock at 1:30 am I was beckoned to one of the many massage places. Only this time the woman made the jerk off sign without me prompting her. As I got closer she repeated it. She wanted $80. But I had noticed a big white dude just hanging out. As I talked to mamasan he edged closer. Keep in mind the boardwalk was pretty empty at this time. Her English was limited so she had me ask my question into her cell phone and she had an app that translated my question. She then said he was the boss. I passed.
One of the themes this week was pimps in plain sight.

She attempted a few other posts that didn't get approved. In the context of those, this is much more likely an attempt at a guerrilla ad, hoping that guys in AC would see she was there and try to contact her the day she posted it. On the chance that it was a legitimate request for information, I waited a few days and then allowed it so people could make their recommendations.

It wasn't an ad was not working in AC
It's been 3 yrs since I had visited AC
So long ago I stayed at showboat and the
Revel was there and Hard rock was the Taj Mahal..lol AC was my old stomping grounds for my time in college..I live in Las Vegas now was shocked by all the changes...

Just a quick update, about a month ago I mentioned that perhaps with the Revel reopening as the Ocean Resorts maybe the hookers will congregate around the Burlesque bar again.
Well at first they did and some of them were very obvious. Sitting at the surrounding slots not only not even playing but not even pretending to.
Also as I mentioned unlike last time their pimps were very close by and to the trained eye very visible.
So it seems as of this month security has cleared them all out. I heard from a non monger that his perception was the Ocean is trying to become more family oriented (we were discussing the transition in general when he offered this).
So it seems to follow that getting rid of the hookers, especially since not only were they very obvious but so we're their scary looking pimps made sense.

Also in general I found the girls working inside the casinos, Hard Rock in particular were being very cautious in their approach. More so than usual.
Business as usual on the boardwalk after midnight.

That's where I was staying. At night all the cocktail waitresses are young and hot. They will definitely get your blood flowing.

Last time I stayed at Caesars but when Hard Rock was Taj stayed there all the time and had good luck. Hope the karma still working
