While not meaning to disparage Dipper only, many posters put references in posts about which many other UG'ers know nothing. The full name or a short explanation would make the post more usefull and that's what UG is all about.
I hope he is not referring to the American Transvestite Association, as I doubt that anyone here on UG would know about that organization.
