1) close or equal to zero, but maybe I will be surprised.
2) we had people who left the website who actually made worthwhile contributions over silly arguments in P&R because they couldn't help themselves and just not look at it if it bothered them that much. I personally find that shocking, but it is what it is.

I think this election year is too volatile to open up P&R at the moment. I can only imagine what the thread would evolve into. Just look at some of the reactions the last few days with the heading-to- Canada movement gaining momentum.
