Agency verification through UG membership

Did they ask for anything to supplement UG? Like, drivers license, work ID, a selfie of you, etc?

I think one place looked at my drivers license. I can’t remember but that was the most.

I am okay with this if they don't take it away from me and I block my address, while it is still in my hand and never leaves it. I will not have a record of it floating around anyone's phone...

My name is unique enough plus I'm listed in my company, so ALL my personal info can be found with a simple google search.
