"420 Friendly" Providers

#1
Having weed during a session would seem to violate Genius' "Do One Crime At A Time" 1st law of mongering. Do you think seeing a "420 friendly" provider poses added risk even if you yourself are not bringing something to the party? I realize that when a provider states she is "420 friendly" it's not the same as those who advertise "party supplies available." Still, the 420 gal might have a stash left over from the last visitor.

So, have you ever purposely avoided seeing these friendly types or do you just ignore that feature when you decide who to visit? And has anyone ever encountered a problem because of this?

Please note: I originally meant to post this discussion on April 20th, but after blazing a fattie, I forgot, and I finally remembered it today. :D

For those not in the know, "blazing a fattie" does not mean Greek with a BBW.
You can look up this term and the origin of "420" at the Urban Dictionary.

My take on this is as follows:
1. If you desire the effect of "blazing a fattie", by all means do so - down the block from the place of your 2nd crime and totally consume, get rid of, hide in the woods, etc., all remaining illegal substance and related paraphernalia. Note that the "Flush the Johns" decoy ad had "420 friendly" in it - so even though getting caught with a joint is normally a minor offense, having it on you when caught in a sting is a totally different story. The only downside to doing it this way is that you may forget why you are there or perhaps spend the next hour or so contemplating the amazing pretty bright red, green and yellow colors of the traffic light on the corner and miss out on your appointment.

2. If the girl has leftover stash I think the risk of a bust of her, while you are there, is extremely small, IMHO. If the cops want to bust her why go through the process of busting down the door and other SWAT team heroics, when they can just set up an appointment and perhaps gather more evidence. However see #3 below.

3. If you go to a girl who advertises "party supplies available." you greatly increase your odds of contact with LE IMHO. If I was setting up a sweep of escorts and I only had recourses sufficient to bust perform a limited number of busts, my selection process of who to bust would have those girls who advertised "party supplies available" at the top of the list (and perhaps "420 friendly" next on the list). If LE had an appointment after yours and was monitoring her room and saw you come out, I would assume they might have a few questions for you.

4. I avoid all ads that make specific reference to any illegal activity. This includes mention of activities not available or phrases specific to illegal activities, e.g., no backdoor, everything covered, etc. There are many fine ads that are carefully worded. Details of activities can be specified once appropriate LE checks are performed.

Declaimer: Genius is not a legal type. However, I've managed to only have two (unsuccessful for LE) contacts with LE (one a warning and in one case a search of car and frisking) over close to 40 years of mongering and thousands (not kidding) of mongering occasions using common sense (although one would think common sense would say don't monger in the 1st place - but hey what's the fun in that).

While I absolutely agree with the one crime statement, anyone who has ever gotten Erica is guilty, me included, of the double standard. She carries her needles with her everywhere.
That said I have met a couple of CL girls that were so totally wasted when I came to pick them up that I left. Never sure what they are carrying and the whole falling asleep thing, mentioned elsewhere on the board, scares the shit outta me.

...
The needles thing with Erica is relatively new -when I saw her couple months ago and when I tried to put my hand under her bra she said she had needles there. That was the last time I will ever see her - gotta be crazy to see someone who is an IV user. Couple years ago when I 1st met her I asked her (as I do with any girl I pick up after the LE check) if she had any drugs on her (if they have a container I ask if it is open and is it alcoholic). Erica said (words to the effect) that she never does that - just stupid. She said that she only SW's until she has enough money to buy what she needs and then she buys her stuff, goes home and uses it. Only goes out to the street when she needs more stuff.

I suggest you do the same.

Many years ago, during my first incall experience, the provider asked me if I liked to smoke. She then pulled out her stash, and rolled and smoked a joint. I've read quite a few of these confessional "diaries of a hooker" blogs, and you'd be surprised how often this type of thing happens.

For a lot of people, recreational drug use is directly related to recreational sexual practices. It's only natural that the two would cross in the commercial sex trade. Whether or not it's advisable to mix the two—I'll leave that moralizing up to others on the board. I'm just suggesting that saying you're "shocked, just shocked" that this goes on is disingenuous.

Was going to relate the story of a SW from many years ago (long before AIDS was even ... Invented? Discovered? Endemic?) who shot up into the back of her hand before giving a BJ down an alley in NYC... Right up until I saw "inperticually" and now my friggin' head is spinning!

I get nervous with the providers that advertise "420" & "ski trips" available. The added element of hard drugs even weed make it a little more serious if the long arm comes barreling in. Just my opinion and fear. I'd rather deal with a prostitution charge than a heroin or coke charge.
