High school sex was a bad news/ good news story.
Bad news it was difficult on the 1st pop to hold off very long.
Good news was at late teens, always ready for 2nd (and 3rd, 4th) pop in a couple of minutes.
Also, during those years the pill wasn't available so had to use condoms. Buying condoms was always an embarrassment as they were only sold at drug stores and you had to hope that you didn't know the person at the counter (they were never displayed and you had to ask by name and the counter clerk would reach under the counter to get you condoms.)
Then when you get into your later years it reversed to a good news/bad news story,
Good news was you can hold off as long as you want before 1st pop.

It's a good idea to use the minimum amount required to get the desired effect (besides the obvious of cost and renewals).
I'm up to 75 mg now (I'm in my mid 70's) and I notice increased side effects such as headaches.
Interesting though, the side effect I used to have at lower dosage, stuffy nose, doesn't happen at the higher dose so I do not need to use nasal decongestant.

Part of the aging process. For example my 5K times increased until my mid 20's then plateaued for a few then steadily decreased in each year from then even though I keep fit.

The best you can do is slow the decline with proper exercise and diet, eliminate smoking (better yet, never start as even if you stop irreversible damage is already done) and excess alcohol use. Luckily there are drugs such as V & C that can help with sexual performance decline (although cant do much with the refractory period)

Anyone ever have problems with or notice the quality of generic V or C varies pill to pill even in the same batch?
I know some other factors can affect the effectiveness but I'm noticing big differences in the generic C I've been using even when all the other factors (prior sleep, drinking, eating) remains the same.
I'm not complaining about price here so don't bring that into it or off on that tangent.

My generic C is filled by a legit pharmacy and I’ve noticed that as well. Sometimes, I can cut diamonds. Other times, I don’t notice anything but the headache later. I’ve tried taking it a little earlier or later, but nothing changed. I’m going back to taking it an hour before appointment time and rolling the dice with that.
