Are they serious with this references, screening, verification stuff?

So i'm graduating from AMPs and starting on incall agencies. No need to send gifts, just well-wishes.

But, I have a lot of hesitation w/ coughing up personal info as a first-timer. I know the risks, but the reward of a high-end model type may be too tempting. As far as the personal info, i'll have to decide what i'm okay with. Then there's the references, which I don't have.

Not much intel here in DC area on what to expect. I've got my eye on 3 places in VA that have reviews (2 here, 1 elsewhere). But, the 2 of those I really want to go to insist on references (name,#,email). One of them has an online form (name, phone, email, and 2 refs from different places) and says they won't respond w/out the refs.

So, it seems the only way to sit at the adult table is to blow some cash at 2 or more lesser places and hope they respond to reference checks. Does that sound about right to you guys that have been around?

I use my google voice and gmail accounts - created solely for the mongering lifestyle, they also have facebook, linkedin, instagram, twitter, and UtopaiGuide social media profiles. For places like Lear Talent that requested 2 previous escorts for references (I gave Jay 4 figuring at least 2 may be not be inclined to answer questions over a phone about their escort relationship with me, concerns of Law Enforcement - Nikki NoDrip was one of my references, I think I used an AMP as well the one over on 36th by Penn Station). I have never given out my Real-Life identity to any of the places asking for references (or even the AMP's or independents), they only get my Monger social media ID's and my Mongering Alias.

Excellent advice, @Monty_monty, and it has me thinking in a new way, but i'm still confused..

I've got a burner phone, created an in-person alias, and thought about fake social media (not knowing if it would be useful, so I haven't done it yet. No way in hell am I giving them all my employer info on Linkedin). Hoped I could use my UG street cred (you boyz are gangsters), but not sure how much they recognize that in DC. I have noticed that every AMP that gets busted from MD, VA, DC, all have an MMS from Flushing (No idea where that is, but you NY dudes talk about it a lot).

I guess my confusion is in making sure all the cross-referencing boxes are checked. If you have all the digital bases covered, do you also have a matching physical ID in case they check at the door or they want you to send a pic your ID ahead of time? If they check at the door, is it an issue if your ID doesn't match your digital ID?

Sorry for all the details, but i'm intent on screwing an expensive 6' amazon model like a monkey climbing a tree and trying to stick his dick in a knot (for a visual, i'm not nearly 6'). And, yes, for anyone paying attention to my posts, my typical is a sub-5' spinner. Weird, right?

In my case, I use my mongering digital presence, like Twitter and Facebook to follow the AMPs and independents [just another source].

My LinkedIn profile has very generic self employed jobs of little value to connect anything to my real life.

And my Facebook profile ends up being just another DM platform which before the craigslist/ backpack shutdowns and Facebook blocked cell phone searching this was a more useful platform, but I do find results off of Facebook still [friends of friends, you can tell by the standard pics, [bathroom selfie, etc] these girls all friend one another].

I haven't had to ever show my real ID, nor have they asked at any AMP but if they did I wouldn't be able to match it with the info I provided to them. But I'd be hesitant to hand it over, for them to copy the info and ending up in any provider's black book as there is always a chance that it'll end up creating a paper trail to connect my monger/ real life ID's for some reporter or government officers/ bureaucrats future investigations [I might one day be famous enough or elected to something that this info could be problematic, or even now could cause issues with my current family situation, the SO wouldn't be happy]

I do mind, @billyS . I asked "A" question, one that I think would be common for someone new (and one a cop would probably already know) and you instantly turn into a grade school hacker. You like to boast about your suspicions, your access, and ask questions about my location, and seem to be trying to find my id. I find that suspicious.

Here's a few other clues for you: I stay signed in, I've contribute and don't ask many questions. I like to write, so I'm usually just blathering on, not poking in other people's business.

One final hint, genius. I'm using a phone. Buy a phone online from a CA company (1 of the 2 biggest in the US) and run it through a VPN. It actually comes w/ a built in VPN.

So, duh, I'm not in CA. Lurk in my shit all you want. It'll be harder now that I'm never signing in again and wiping whatever tracker your 10-year-old nephew tried to install.

I had high hopes but, alas, you're creepy.

Wow, aren't we paranoid.

Nobody is trying to find your ID. What would I to gain by that?

Why are you so upset with that question if you have nothing to hide and you really are from DC?

And there was no need to get so personal, I'm only doing my job and protecting the rest of the guys here.

If you had nothing to hide you wouldn't have gone over the top with this.

Relax bro, you're not seeing the big picture. Ever occurs to you that provides could create fake profiles and use them to write positive reviews for themselves or bash the competition. BillyS is just checking ip to make the same person isn't creating multiple profiles and keeping the board honest (which is what you said you valued). And it's not a hack, all devices have to send their ip address in order to communicate with each other.

Just came across CloudFlare's free VPN solution.

https://1.1.1.1/

I haven't tried it yet, but they are one of the best in market for DDOS type of attacks. Granted this is for the end-user not a host based public server.

Ty for this—
But in simple laymens terms.what does all of that mean ? ( the 411.when looking at the link)
1.1.1.1 is just a public DNS resolver, created by Cloudflare. The 1.1.1.1 is just an IP address numerical label, every web page/ server has one. The DNS resolver takes the Yahoo.com address and connects you to its number address. [Very basic, it does a bit more].

A VPN is used much like a PO Box hides your actual street address for mail delivery. Make it harder for sometime to find your address, but not impossible

Like the OP and others, I'm finding more places wanting to verify diligently. I'm a longer patron of Lear, and my user names on these types of well known forums was sufficient back then. I've used Lear as a reference to get into other agencies & as long as it was a once in a while thing he did not mind. But that doesn't work any longer - another well known agency that I want to visit badlt would accept Lear, plus 3 more, but also wanted a copy of my driver's license and my SM & LinkedIn accounts. As much as I want to visit this place, that's not going to happen.

Just about every place I know is suffering from lack of business. Many puff up and deny it, but I'm seeing the numbers and many are shooting themselves in the foot over screening.

But also, who do they think they are screening out? It's not LE because they can easily fake whatever documents they need. And a significant amount of providers won't provide references.

I've often wondered what the point of the screening was.
As you point out with LE, or the Feds, faking documents is trivial — for example just think of the witness protection program where they even provide fake employment, high school and college records.

I was in business and I can't imagine being asked to provide a reference for a competitor. I wouldn't lie, but my goal was to convince my competitor's customers to patronize my company. Even D&B ratings were a total joke — virtually all of the info D&B listed, e.g., products, annual sales, # of employees, etc., was supplied by me.

Seems to me the only customers they are screening out are those that have a lot to lose and the inverse — the only ones they don't screen out are those who have nothing to lose.

I agree, I don't think it's to screen out LE. I suspect to it's to screen out certain unwanted customers and potential criminals. I was speaking with a provider I've been seening for about a year. I'd only given her my burner phone number. She said my burner number was associated with an old cell phone number I had used several years earlier. She said the AMPs and agencies regularly exchange customer data and that they "rent" a database with over 3 million phone numbers that goes back more than 10 years. I wouldn't have believed it but she had my old cell number and I don't know how else she would have gotten ahold of it.

I think someone is collecting customer info and that there is money to made in selling access to it.

Why don’t you start a verified forum where we pay you to verify us either by meeting us or FaceTime or anything really then we use you as a reference
