Maybe you are thinking of Al Goldstein? D.2013
flint was intellectually at a higher level than Goldstein (although not a very high bar to meet IMHO) and even had a case brought up to the Supreme Court.
Flynt once said something like (my memory isn't what it used to be for the exact wording- but I thought it was right on when he said it) Playboy and Penthouse are in the same business as he was but they call it art.
