Close Encounters with LE and how to avoid them

Just a recommendation. When going to questionable spot that is potentially being under surveillance, consider going into the office and asking for rates on rooms. If pulled over after leaving the establishment in question, you will be asked what you were doing there. Then you have a valid excuse and if need be, an alibi.

However, if they ask you, why were you in room #___ for 30 minutes. You could say I was visiting a friend.. but in my opinion that starts a web of lies during follow up questions and your in deep shit. I don’t know the @genius protocol in this instance, but I would like his input/advise. Having never been in this situation.... I would say, I met a girl online (truth), and we hung out (truth). I would assume the next question would be if I paid for her time (Lie-jail).

You Tube suggests no one should answer any questions and quote constitutional laws and statues... but in NY, we all know that shit doesn’t exist.

A while back, I saw Deanna. I told her I liked seeing her, but did not like the location due to the fact it was reported here it “was on the radar”. She gave me her real name and a backstory that if need be, we can both verify. I think that was smart for both of us.

I bring this up because I was once pulled over after leaving a no-tel Motel with a side chick. No illegal activity what so ever. They pulled us both out of the car, illegally searched us and my car with no explanation. Total disrespect by all officers, they interrogated us both separately... Our stories matched up, they couldn’t find a reason to charge anything.... and reluctantly let us go. They were looking for drugs.

Then there was the time I was leaving the place on 109 where the famous go to become stars. This time, I went in for a HH with a provider. Before leaving my session I went to the front desk to ask about rates. After I left I get the lights flashing about 1/4 mile down 109 by an unmarked. They asked what I was doing at that establishment. I told them I just inquired about room rates for something I had planned with a Side chick. And of course once again, I’m illegally detained, brought back to the establishment and the cashier vouched my claim. Luckily or strategically the cashier backed my story.

Although I have never been stopped after leaving a no-tel situations (being stopped and searched) the stories I read about here are why I haven't done so in a couple of years and don't intend to again. I've always thought (and so posted) that you always have a reason, thought out beforehand and not on the spot, about why you are someplace be told to answer some mundane question to my SO or questioning from LE. I used to use the ask for rates ruse for motels.

One thing that I am a firm believer is that never lie to LE. If LE were to ask (and one actually did once) if I was there looking for street girls my answer was "Prostitution is against the law". He only asked that once and if he repeated his question I would have repeated my answer. Also, when I saw escorts the girls would always give me the room # via text. I would delete the text. If LE would later ask me what room I was in I intended to say "She sent me the room number in a text and I deleted the text as I don't want the text remaining on my phone for my SO to see it" If LE were to ask "Are you telling me you don't remember the room?" I would not lie and my answer would be "I had it on my phone so I didn't need to remember it". I would repeat this evasive answer as required.

IMHO, the situation with low end motels is all about drugs. I don't think the drug LE care all that much about something as minor as solicitation except perhaps as a wedge to get info on drugs — if the cop has room # and probable cause, i.e., you were foolish enough to tell him the you were paying for her time, for him to knock on the door and search the room. BTW, I'm not a legal type but I do not see why it is illegal to pay for a girl to strip naked and perform a self-gratification routine on herself but why bother testing that theory.

When I was working I travelled a bit and always stayed at a Marriot (Courtyard) using my Marriot card so I always had a lot of points for free rooms. Taking a side girl to a Marriot to me has little risk of getting on the cops RADAR. Even seeing hired help is ok as long as they are dressed appropriately to fit in with the legit clients of the hotel. Just one of many people there.

The scariest and closest situation I encountered with LE was in Florida...My heart starts to beat fast just thinking about it...When CL still had single ads I answered a young lady's ad in Ft. pierce. She was in her early 20's, I was 60 and all I wanted from her was a little taste of her and maybe vice versa. We agreed to meet at a municipal garage in downtown Ft. Pierce. She's wearing a nice flowered sun dress with no panties, really cute, young girl next door type..just what I love...she was waitressing, living with her mother who recently lost her job so she was hoping to help her mother out. Never did this but a friend told her she did it once for quick $ We go in the back of my SUV and I start warming her up with licks and kisses around her upper thighs, etc. When I do dive in she's super wet, and squirming, moaning etc....I really start to get into it when there's a hard knock on the window..Security guard, I look up he's blocking my car...anyway, he's calling LE and when the cop arrived, he just checked our ID's and told us basically to get a room....and If I see you back here you're getting arrested. From the time the security guy knocked on the window till LE showed up my heart was racing and I really thought I was done...no more. I stick with the ladies I know are safe...when I get an urge to taste something new, I just remember that incident...and call my lady I met off of SA..Stay safe
